The entrepreneurial spirit at Executive Insight is something we all share. This means that all of us are not only working on client projects, but also engage in a set of internal activities which can range from supporting thought leadership development, to organizing internal trainings, social events, and writing internal blogs. Which internal activity an employee is involved with depends on personal interest, experience and skills, as well as availability. The most important thing is that we all contribute to the development of the organization and have an opportunity to shape it to its best.
Our projects don’t have a standardized duration, as this strongly depends on the objectives and methodologies applied. They can range from a short assignment of around one month to several months, up to a year, for multi-phase projects.

This is not only achieved through a collaborative and supportive working style on projects, but also through a structured coaching program. Every team member has a personal coach who accompanies him/her throughout the year to set objectives, have regular touch-points, support performance evaluations and identify further improvement areas moving forward. The coach is a person of trust and helps the coachee to successfully navigate through all kinds of situations and within the company.

At Executive Insight, we want the whole recruiting process to be a positive experience. We believe being well prepared for your interviews will allow you to feel less stressed, perform at your best and be yourself. We are interested in understanding how you will fit with the organization, as well as assessing your capabilities and skills for the role you are applying to. In order to prepare, we recommend that you reflect on your motivation, expectations and what type of work environment you’re looking for. As for capabilities and skills, we recommend that you practice some case studies beforehand. There is a lot of material easily available online. Please keep in mind that we are not looking for you to apply standardized frameworks, but rather display thinking that is structured, logical, analytical and creative.
The social component is very important at Executive Insight, as it allows us to strengthen our team spirit beyond project work. Once a year we all go abroad for an off-site team event where we celebrate the team and our successes. In summer time we come together for a summer event and some internal training. In winter, a leisure ski event is organized. On a more regular basis we enjoy coming together at company drinks nights to catch-up with our colleagues outside of work and have fun.
The strength of Executive Insight’s team is its diversity and a balance between scientific and business backgrounds. Therefore, a scientific background is not a pre-requisite. However, a genuine and strong interest in working in the healthcare and (bio)pharmaceutical industry is a must.
