Goal

To improve patients’ access to treatment, our clients often aim to shift their strategic thinking from optimizing activities within a given environment to actively shaping and expanding this environment.

The objective is to provide a structured approach for developing a strategy and action plan that promotes cross-functional collaboration in removing access hurdles. This includes extending the activities defined by functions and brands only to activities defined by needs in the specific therapeutic area, portfolio or healthcare system.
