Our client asked for our support to develop an approach to facilitate cross-functional account diagnosis and action planning tailored to the specifics of a new cell-therapy. The objective of the approach was to identify, understand and mitigate the hurdles to patient access.
Build a cell-therapy specific treating center dashboard and cross-functional working sessions aimed at prioritizing and analyzing access hurdles, and identifying and planning mitigating activities
Test the approach on a representative account with a local team, incorporate user team feedback and finalize approach
Train the local cross-functional teams to complete the center dashboard and run the working sessions.
