Goal

The objective was to guide strategy and affiliate teams to ensure successful execution on environment transformation ambitions:

  • Develop an environment transformation framework, clearly outlining barriers and drivers maximizing impact
  • Guide affiliates to understand their position along the sub-levels towards optimizing each environment driver
  • Enable action by co-creating potential initiatives connected to environment driver optimization

Approach

Refine understanding of policy & initiative landscape

Understand the policy environment from a scan of existing policies/ initiatives and analogue product cases related to the TA

Develop Environment Transformation framework & incite affiliate action

Understand key environment drivers from research and develop the Environment Transformation framework & toolkit, guiding affiliate initiatives

Validate strategic direction & co-create initiatives

Validate Environment Transformation strategic direction & initiatives with an external multi-stakeholder team & discuss collaboration opportunities

  • The project defined a cross-functional Environment Transformation strategy
  • We identified key environment shaping drivers, framework and required initiatives/ actions
  • By collaboratively addressing mid- to long-term environment barriers, we optimized the care environment for all stakeholders across the life cycle stages
