Goal

The client was significantly investing in its Government Affairs (GA) capabilities at international level, from a situation where GA capacity and capabilities varied greatly across the organization and often could react to issues rather than proactively shape them. Specifically, there was a pressing need to engage with Trade Associations more effectively in order to unleash strategic value and enhance engagement capabilities across the organization.
