An opportunity was identified for Independent Medical Education (IME) industry experts, united under common visions, to collaborate in order to elevate the IME community. The Industry Exchange Summit aimed to improve IME and operations by sharing practices and championing IME community transformation.

Enable best practice exchange

Capture and consolidate practices, and enable sharing amongst IME community

Accelerate IME transformation

Brainstorm collaboration opportunities and initiatives to implement best practice

Current practices, challenges and best practice insights were consolidated and shared to elevate the IME community
Feasible and high impact actions were prioritized for immediate attention alongside alignment on the structure of continued collaboration
A roadmap for IME leaders’ continued collaboration outlined key next steps and longer term outcomes towards achieving the group’s vision
