Medical Insights: Process, Governance and Tools for Insights Generation

Goal

The Medical Affairs organization of our client aimed to advance all Medical Insight collection, documentation, analytics and integration into the business, with the “big data” transformation as a future ambition.

This project aimed to pilot Medical Insights transformation processes, governance and tools in close collaboration with the client's migraine asset team. We were asked to support the transformation with playbooks leading through these new processes, regulations and tools covering the entire Medical Affairs function.
