Our client aimed to empower affiliates to execute the Alzheimer’s disease (AD) environment shaping, in preparation for a global asset launch. It was therefore needed to provide a complete view of the local AD policy environment.
On a national and provincial level (10 provinces), and according to time of publication (5 prior years plus older policies included if relevant)
Identifying key policies, targets and initiatives and knowledge gaps towards ATT readiness as well as opportunities for partnerships with policy stakeholders
Environment activity level closing gaps, policy environment evolution, enforcement & advocacy stakeholder map, policy foundation & initiatives
