Goal

Executive Insight developed a toolkit that provides practical guidance and tools for hospitals aiming to address barriers limiting the translation of PBM concepts (particularly iron deficiency/ iron deficiency anaemia management) into clinical practice. The client’s medical and marketing functions are using this toolkit when engaging with the PBM hospital leads and making it available to them as part of an investment into a long-term partnership.

Create slide kit content and tools for use with/ by hospital stakeholders as well as internal guidance deck

  • Very positive feedback from hospital stakeholders on value provided by toolkit to move ahead with the implementation of peri-operative ID/IDA management and improve patient outcomes
