The idea: We want to give back! We want to leverage our vast expertise in management healthcare consulting to improve access to healthcare.

Why did we decide to engage?

Because this is an exciting opportunity for us to have a real impact on the lives of people that we usually don't reach with our projects. 

But how?

We found the perfect partner, One Family Health. They use a franchised clinic model to improve access to essential medicine and basic healthcare services in underserved areas in Rwanda. More than 100 Health posts across 14 districts provide care to more than 1.2 million Rwandans. 

We want to support OFH to: 

  • Improve their management and reporting capabilities
  • Turn the network into a more efficiently running system
