IHI Conference: The International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare

Our London team participated in the IHI conference in London, 10-12 April 2024. The largest international community of healthcare improvers in Europe met to discuss under the 2024 theme ‘Together to Regenerate Health and Care’. 

IHI Conference: The International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare 10-12 April

The objective of the conference was to create a system of health and care that truly meets the needs of the people and communities. The program included over 110 sessions delivered by over 200 speakers, and all keynotes have also been streamed for online participants. 

The conference was jointly organized by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and BMJ. The International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare has a rich history of supporting and energising the international movement for health and care improvement.

We heard about showcases of inspirational improvement work across all sectors, and joined the discussion on how to create a healthcare system that better serves the needs of patients.
